This valuable photo was taken at the Neil House in 1931. The occasion was the first annual AHEPA
banquet. There are many out-of-towners in the picture, but among those we could identify were Mr. and
Mrs. James Chakeres, with daughters Amelia and Mary, seated at the first round table in the middle row.
Fr. Fousianis can be seen at the long head table as he spreads a napkin (upper right corner). Seated
facing table #50 in the right foreground, the first couple is Mr. and Mrs. George Petess. Here and there
around the room are other members of the Columbus chapter. You are invited to study the picture
carefully to see whom you might recognize.
